Among the old (and well known in Brazil) writers, Aluísio Azevedo [link] is very nice.

After 2000, the stuff more interesting is Elite da Tropa [link] (there is a good movie based on that, Tropa de Elite [link])

Hm, interesting to know. For the books, I'm gonna look up later since I had an epiphany of books a few months ago, and I'm gonna read every of these. But if I have time tomorrow, or next week when I'm on vacation, I'm gonna try to watch the movie. Thank you!

You should be doing work for video games. I would really love to play something with your designs in it. I think it would be absolutely incredible. Seriously...I don't know why it hasn't happened yet. So it should. So yeah.
